Provident Rewards is a collection of identically priced name-brand merchandise, pictured in a full color catalog. Qualifying participants will receive both a gift selection sheet and instructions regarding gift redemption.

The catalogs are grouped by dollar value or Tiers and are only to be used for new account openings. We offer the following Tiers:

Tier I		When a customer opens two checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Accounts OR one checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Account and a CD, with a minimum combined balance of $1,000.00.
Tier II		When a customer opens two checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Accounts OR one checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Account and a CD, with a minimum combined balance of $5,000.00.
Tier III		When a customer opens two checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Accounts OR one checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Account and a CD, with a minimum combined balance of $10,000.00.
Tier IV		When a customer opens two checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Accounts OR one checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Account and a CD, with a minimum combined balance of $15,000.00.
Tier V		When a customer opens two checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Accounts OR one checking, statement savings or Premier Money Management Account and a CD, with a minimum combined balance of $25,000.00.
